IEP4Schools has been sharing special education data with the WI Department of Public Instruction (DPI) through WISEdata for 6+ years. Keeping this data accurate and up-to-date can often be challenging, as the expectations change annually. Let our IEP4Schools team give you that additional support to ease the stress of monitoring this data throughout the schoolyear, so when the snapshots arise, your district will be ready.

Improve DPI Snapshot Results
|
- School District focused Special Education WISE error remediation with individual attention from IEP4Schools staff
- Access to all WISE workshops
- Guidance for District process to avoid future errors
- Monthly error / data checks
- Support with communication to DPI and district Student Information System (SIS) managers to problem solve issues outside of IEP4Schools
|
WISEdata Support has an added value for school districts:
- With new administrative assistants
- Large enough to have sizable amounts of data to maintain
- Without designated WISEdata staff
- Battling multiple WISE special education errors throughout the years
|
We will review, create, correct, and send Timely Initial Evaluation (TIE) records in SEEDS for initial evaluations in IEP4Schools five times throughout the school year, including an initial review of the existing TIE data for the district and a final review at the end of the year.
TIE Record Services:
- Submit initial evaluations completed by the district
- Create TIE records as needed
- Correct and send TIE records based on information provided by the district
